Always do Vastu Remedies after basic balancing of house

I, being Vastu consultant and a Mahavastu Acharya, prefer to do Vastu without demolition. Many times, people do remedies without balancing the house. Basic balancing means, elemental balancing i.e. Activity, Utility and objects balancing as per Mahavastu guidelines. Then only, it is preferable to place 2D-3D vastu remedies. One should not place remedies more than 3-5 numbers. placing all remedies together, can affect the remedies to collide with each other, and will not give positive results.
